Warning! Your Homestead Web site is about to be deleted.

Dear thrapkgreen,

Two weeks ago, you should have received an email informing you that your Homestead website was disabled due to difficulties in billing your account - thrapkgreen@gmail.com.

On April 26, 2015, we will shut down your account and delete all your files, any Storefront, Email and Affiliate information. This could lead to the loss of valuable hours of work. Past April 26, 2015, a re-open fee and past charges will be applied if you decide to maintain your website account.

You have spent a lot of time and effort in building your website. Don't lose the benefits you've established with your website simply because of a billing problem that can easily be resolved.

We realize that billing problems can arise for a number of reasons. Therefore, I urge you to call us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation and reactivate your website account. You can contact us at 1-800-710-1998, Mon-Fri from 6:00am to 5:30pm (Pacific time).

Your Web site has been disabled!

Dear thrapkgreen,

We regret to inform you that your Homestead website account is now closed. This means that you cannot edit or view your site. Your Homestead site address is no longer in service and your email accounts will soon be deleted. We have attempted to bill
you over the past 30 days.

A record of your account and your site files will remain on our server for the next 90 days. You can reactivate your account within next 30 days by logging in and providing a valid credit card at http://www.homestead.com/~site/Login/index.ffhtml.

If you believe this closure was in error, or are having difficulty updating your account information, please contact our customer support team at 800-710-1998,Mon-Fri from 6:00am to 5:30pm (Pacific time).

{IMPORTANT: If you subscribed to any third party service (i.e. PaymentTech, Google, Eboz SiteToolbox, Yahoo! Search Marketing) you will need to contact them directly to cancel your account with them or you will continue to be charged for their services.

Update your billing information before your site is disabled!

According to our records, we do not have a billable credit card registered with your Homestead website account - thrapkgreen@gmail.com.

To keep your website running, please provide your billing information:
- Log in to your Homestead website account http://www.homestead.com/~site/Login/
- Click the Account link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select View Account Summary
- Click Billing Info
- Update your credit card information and click Submit

You can also use a debit card to pay for your website account.
